BCBSIL - Access Your Health Insurance Information
The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) app allows members to easily access their health insurance information and resources. The app is available on iPhone and can now be used in Spanish, provided that the phone language settings are set to Spanish.
The app allows members to log in, register, or change their password. They can easily access their coverage, claims, and ID, and check deductible and out-of-pocket amounts. Members can also search for in-network doctors, hospitals, or facilities, find nearby urgent care facilities, and estimate the costs of procedures, tests, and treatments. The app also allows members to view patient reviews and average wait times, search for doctors that speak Spanish, and view medical and pharmacy benefits and copay levels. Members can send their ID to Apple Wallet for offline access and log in via Touch ID. Additionally, members with applicable coverage can access MDLive for virtual visits with a doctor.
